InterGrain – Milling Oat Classification, Mid Spring Maturity

A high yielding dual purpose oat suitable to all oat growing regions of Australia.  The highest yielding milling oat available, offering a yield improvement over widely grown grain varieties such as Bannister, Williams and Bilby.  Dual purpose variety with good hay yields and quality attributes.  A strong grain quality package, including reduced screenings and high test weight.  A mid-spring maturity, 4-7 days earlier to flower than Bannister, similar to Bilby and Carrolup.  A tall plant height, 5cm taller than Bannister and 15cm taller than Bilby  with good panicle emergence even under tough conditions.  Similar disease profile to Bannister.
